AI Backend Developer (Python/FastAPI)

We are looking for a skilled AI Backend Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Python backend development and AI integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable APIs, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), designing robust backend architectures, and developing AI-powered recruitment solutions such as resume parsing and job matching systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate AI models and services using OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other LLM providers.
• Develop AI-powered features such as:
• Resume Parsing
• Job Matching Engine
• Candidate Recommendation System
• AI Chat Assistants
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Design and manage vector search solutions using pgvector or Pinecone.
• Build OCR-based document processing workflows for resumes and other documents.
• Design efficient PostgreSQL database schemas and optimize query performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage version control with Git.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
