Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Partner with global AI and business teams to develop AI-driven products and solutions.
• Build and deploy production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Design AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, platform, and security teams for AI integration.
• Monitor AI system performance and implement observability and lifecycle management.
• Drive AI innovation from proof of concept (POC) to production deployment.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote AI best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Experience Required

• 16-19 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Foundation Models.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI application development.
• Knowledge of API development, secure coding, testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
