A leading organization in the polymer and plastics industry specializing in engineered plastic compounds and customized thermoplastic solutions. The company manufactures advanced materials such as PP Polypropylene compounds used in automotive, white goods, and industrial applications. With a strong focus on innovation and customer-centric development, it serves leading OEMs and Tier-1 customers across domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments.

Support sales teams with technical inputs during client discussions and presentations.

Prepare product presentations, technical datasheets, and value propositions.

Conduct customer visits, product trials, and technical evaluations.

Provide technical support for existing and new polymer products.

Handle troubleshooting, customer complaints, and application development.

Support product commercialization from development to market launch.

Coordinate with R&D for new product development and process improvement.

Participate in plant trials, scale-up, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales.

Prepare technical reports, validation documents, and project updates.

Support technical seminars, workshops, and industry events.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Candidate Requirements

8–12 years of experience in Polymer / Plastics / Specialty Chemicals industry.

Strong exposure to Thermoplastic Compounding.

Experience in Technical Services, Application Development, and New Business Development.

Exposure to OEMs / Tier-1 customers preferred.

Strong understanding of PP compounds and engineered plastics.

Experience in domestic and international markets is an advantage.

Preferred Background

Automotive, White Goods, Consumer Durables industry experience.

Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.

Hands-on exposure to product development and commercialization.
