Agile Scrum Master/ Project Manager

As an Agile Scrum Master/ Project Manager you will facilitate Scrum processes, remove blockers, coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you’ll work on

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Track sprint progress, velocity and project milestones.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, designers and product teams.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk management and sprint reporting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Experience & Eligibility

• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum Framework, Kanban, SDLC, and software delivery practices.
• Experience managing software development or product engineering projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile estimation techniques, user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and make informed project decisions.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
