Agile Project Manager

You will lead cross-functional teams in adopting and implementing agile methodologies to improve project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths within an agile environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules using agile methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
• Coach team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in agile project management with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements.
