Agile Product Manager/Delivery Manager

We're Hiring: Product Delivery Manager We are looking for a skilled and proactive Product Delivery Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to MNC companies, to join our growing IT team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end product delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Position: Product Delivery Manager Experience: 3+ years Industry: IT Employment Type: Full-time Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle from planning to release. Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, design, business, and operations teams. Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure product releases are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Support

Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify delivery risks and create effective mitigation plans. Share regular project status updates with stakeholders and leadership. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and release notes. Support product backlog planning and prioritization.

Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in product delivery, project management, program management, or product operations.

Experience working in MNC companies will be preferred. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience working with product, technology, QA, and business teams. Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Excel, or similar project management tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.

Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, enterprise software, IT services, or digital product companies.

Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders.
