About the Role

Autovyn is looking for a highly motivated Senior Python Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Django, enterprise application development, and modern AI-powered automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, integrating enterprise systems, developing automation workflows, and working with emerging AI technologies including conversational AI, WhatsApp automation, Voice Bots, Agentic AI workflows, and Machine Learning-enabled solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple strategic initiatives involving enterprise applications, customer engagement platforms, workflow automation, and next-generation AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Python and Django.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services for web, mobile, and integrated platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical solutioning.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.

AI & Automation Initiatives

• Develop and enhance AI-powered business automation solutions.
• Work on WhatsApp Bot, Voice Bot, Conversational AI, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Build integrations with AI platforms, LLMs, and enterprise applications.
• Support development of Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation use cases.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Enterprise Integrations

• Design and develop REST APIs and integration services.
• Integrate with CRM, ERP, customer engagement, telephony, and third-party platforms.
• Work on data synchronization, workflow orchestration, and automation pipelines.
• Ensure secure and scalable integration architecture.

Innovation & Solution Engineering

• Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives.
• Recommend improvements in architecture, automation, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in technical discussions for new business initiatives and solution design.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, delivery, and business functions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams whenever required.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
• Support capability building in modern AI and automation technologies.
