Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to build and deploy Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and integrating AI models into production applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Build and optimise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models into applications.
• Develop multi-agent systems for complex business use cases.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system performance in production.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc. ).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with fine-tuning/open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Exposure to AI observability and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
