About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels and managing the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining quality of hire.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Extensive experience using Naukri.com and other major job portals.
• Excellent resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
• Ability to source passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Engineering domains.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
