• Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to a team of recruiters.
• Ensure all hiring practices adhere to relevant laws, industry-specific regulations, and security clearance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in aerospace recruitment (US W2).
• Direct client handling experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical/aviation industry trends and market dynamics.
• Secret clearance required.
