Job Description

Our On-Field Advertising Sales Manager will be the driving force behind our mission to bring local businesses, including preschools, hospitals, restaurants, and more, to advertise at Tilt stations across Pune.

Responsibilities

• Seek out local businesses ready to make a splash with their advertising on our eye-catching hoardings placed behind our bike docking stations.
• Utilize your existing network and build new relationships with decision-makers at brands, agencies, and marketing departments.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects and making initial contact to delivering compelling pitches, skillful negotiation, and sealing the deal.

About you

• You have been in field sales for at least 2 years, ideally in the advertising or media realm
• Your track record speaks volumes, consistently surpassing sales targets
• Your communication skills in English and Hindi are top-notch
• You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• You're a master at building and nurturing relationships
• You’re aggressive about earning healthy incentives and want to exceed your targets every month
