Role Description The Advertising Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for generating and managing media advertising sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The Advertising Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, prepare and deliver sales pitches, negotiate advertising packages, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, responding to client inquiries, providing post-sales support, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Effective Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present proposals and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge to support advertising strategies and promotional activities.
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or staffing services is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
