Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines using SAP.
• Perform invoice verification, three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor accounts, reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with US stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and AP processes.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Experience supporting US clients or working in an international business environment.
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and AP processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).
• Team handling Experience
