Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager role based exclusively at the Rajkot location, with a salary range of INR 40,000 to 45,000 per month. The Accounts Manager will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger postings, invoice processing, and reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting statutory and internal audits. The Accounts Manager will ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position also includes maintaining accurate financial records, resolving accounting discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and accounts payable/receivable management.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFCs or financial services.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an NBFC, banking, or auto finance sector will be considered beneficial.
