Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, ensuring projects are executed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google).
• Create engaging content ideas.
• Utilise analytics and business tools to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
• Handle scheduling and task management using industry-standard programs (e.g., Google Suite, scheduling tools, task management software).
• Work with clients in industries such as hospitality, construction, real estate, and finance to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and account management.

Key Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Basic copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling content.
• Experience with strategic planning, campaign development, and execution.
• Proficient in utilising business tools and analytics across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google).
• Experience with scheduling and task management software.
• Knowledge of industries such as hospitality, construction, real estate, and finance is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Further education in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not required.
