We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in Mumbai. If you're meticulous, proactive, and enjoy working across accounting, compliance, and fund operations, this could be a great fit.

📌 Role Details

• Designation: Accounts Executive / Assistant Finance Manager
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Location: One BKC, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai
• Work Model: On-site (no remote/hybrid option)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work based on deliverable urgency
• Reports to: Assistant Vice President

🎯 What You'll Do

✔️ Ensure integrity and completeness of financial records — transaction processing, reconciliations, and accounting operations

✔️ Manage quarterly book closures for overseas entities, in line with applicable accounting frameworks

✔️ Coordinate with vendors, bankers, and brokers on accounting and finance matters

✔️ Prepare annual and quarterly financial reports

✔️ Prepare monthly MIS statements

✔️ File GST & TDS returns

✔️ Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments for the Fund and Investment Manager entity

✔️ Conduct KYC for portfolio companies and investors

✔️ Complete investment documentation and coordinate with portfolio companies

✔️ Support other operational tasks as needed

🎓 What We're Looking For

• Qualification: Graduate / Semi-qualified CA (with no exams planned for 18 months post-joining) / CA Fresher or 1-2 years' experience
• Skills: Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset
• Tools: Proficiency in Tally, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
