Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a portfolio of international clients, oversee accounting operations, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional financial reporting in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for US/UK clients
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Review financial statements and reporting deliverables
• Mentor and manage accounting teams
• Drive process improvements, automation, and quality controls
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For

• CA/ACCA with 8–10 years of experience
• Strong exposure to US/UK Accounting
• Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks (NetSuite is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & IFRS, UK/US GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment
