Role Overview<\/b><\/span>

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant<\/b> to manage end -to -end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for India -based business operations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

<\/h2>

• Manage complete accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Ensure timely month -end, quarterly, and annual closure of books<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Prepare and review financial statements<\/b> as per applicable Indian accounting standards

<\/p><\/li>

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Manage tax assessments, notices, and regulatory communications<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and support budgeting & forecasting activities<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Work closely with management and stakeholders for financial insights and decision -making

<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified (Mandatory)<\/b>

• Minimum 6+ years of post -qualification experience<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Proven experience in handling end -to -end accounting and statutory compliance<\/b>

<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Required Skills<\/b><\/span>

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and taxation laws<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Hands -on experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Experience in handling India -based business operations<\/b>

<\/p><\/li>

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting tools such as Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, etc.<\/b>

• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills

<\/p><\/li>

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
