Job Title: Accounts Assistant Firm: A S K R & CO., Chartered Accountants Location: Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time About the Firm A S K R & CO. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Greater Noida West, offering services across GST litigation and compliance, income tax return preparation, statutory certifications, FEMA compliance, environmental regulatory filings, and legal document drafting for a diverse client base. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our team in bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and GST compliance work. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, is comfortable with Excel, and is keen to build a career in accounting and taxation. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update books of accounts (Tally/other accounting software) for client engagements Assist in preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR-1 to ITR-6) including bank statement extraction and income categorization Support GST compliance work — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C preparation and filing Build and maintain Excel-based workpapers (transaction ledgers, category summaries, reconciliations) Assist with reconciliation of Form 26AS, AIS, and TIS with client records Help compile documentation for GST notices, scrutiny replies, and appellate matters Support in FEMA compliance and other statutory certification assignments Coordinate with clients for data collection and follow-ups General office and administrative support as required Required Qualifications B.Com / M.Com (or currently pursuing); CA-Inter/CMA-Inter candidates preferred Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software Basic understanding of GST and Income Tax provisions Good communication skills (English and Hindi) Preferred Skills Prior experience in a CA firm or accounts department Exposure to the GST portal and Income Tax e-filing portal Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility What We Offer Hands-on training and mentorship under practicing Chartered Accountants Exposure to real GST litigation, tax representation, and compliance work Growth opportunities within the firm
