Accountant with Zoho Expertise

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant with Zoho Expertise role based in Defence Colony. The accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho Books and related Zoho invetory applications, including posting journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, managing vendor and client ledgers, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. The role also involves preparing management reports, assisting with budgeting and cash-flow tracking, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The accountant will collaborate closely with the CFO services team, respond to client queries, and help improve financial processes and reporting accuracy using Zoho tools.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho finance applications, including setup, configuration, and reporting.
• Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and relevant local accounting regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Defence Colony, Delhi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce,
• Prior experience in Zoho environment is a must.
