Accountant

Job Summary

Mannat Group of Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Corporate Office team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring timely reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting for the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank transactions.
• Maintain cash book, day book, and ledger entries.
• Prepare GST data and coordinate for statutory compliance requirements.
• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Monitor and record inter-unit transactions across hotel properties.
• Maintain records of purchases, expenses, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments as required.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and financial analysis activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
