Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate ledgers, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with budgeting, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting. The role also involves monitoring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies, preparing documentation for audits, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely flow of financial information. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pandharpur, requiring consistent presence at the workplace and close collaboration with the local team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and office tools (such as spreadsheets and word processing applications).
• Candidates should possess skills in invoice processing, managing payables and receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or commerce (such as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification) is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Pandharpur, communicate clearly with team members, and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
