Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad that combines responsibilities across accounting, reception, jewelry design, diamond grading, gemology, and marketing for studded gold jewelry with diamonds and precious stones. The professional in this role will manage daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations, while also handling front-desk duties including greeting visitors, managing calls, maintaining appointment schedules, and supporting customer inquiries. They will collaborate on jewelry design concepts, prepare design specifications, and work with production teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and customer expectations. The role includes diamond grading and gemological evaluation, ensuring stones are accurately assessed, documented, and matched to design and quality requirements. As Marketing Head, the person will plan and execute marketing strategies, oversee branding and promotional campaigns, coordinate digital and offline marketing initiatives, and analyze market trends to grow brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• Accounting and finance skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic knowledge of taxation and financial reporting.
• Reception and administrative skills, such as handling calls and visitors, scheduling appointments, managing records, and providing professional customer service.
• Jewelry design capabilities, including concept development, CAD or manual sketching, understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, and an eye for aesthetics and fashion trends.
• Diamond grading and gemology expertise, including knowledge of the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat), precious stones identification, certification standards, and quality control practices.
• Marketing and brand management skills, covering strategic planning, content and campaign development, digital marketing, social media management, and analysis of market data and customer behavior.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data, gemstones, and high-value inventory.
• Relevant education in commerce, accounting, business, design, or gemology; professional certifications in gemology or diamond grading (e.g., GIA, IGI) are an advantage.
