HIRING: Senior Accountant - Accounts & Finance

About The Role

We are strengthening our Finance team and looking for a Senior Accountant who can operate

in a structured, disciplined, and growth-focused environment.

This is a multi-functional role. Based on your experience and strengths, you will be aligned to

a specific function within Accounts after the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Payments

• Invoice verification and documentation checks
• Payment processing and scheduling
• Maintaining payment records and tracking

Statutory & Compliance

• Supporting GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Maintaining compliance calendars
• Ensuring audit-ready documentation

Banking & Fund Management

• Bank reconciliations and transaction tracking
• Monitoring cash position and fund flow
• Coordination with banks and internal teams

Reporting & Coordination

• Supporting MIS and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate and clean books of accounts
• Coordinating with internal departments for financial data

What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Good understanding of finance processes and documentation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple functions
• Strong follow-up discipline and record management

Role Alignment (Post Selection)

Based on evaluation, the selected candidate will be aligned to one of the following areas:

• Payments: Transaction control and documentation
• Statutory Compliance: Filings and regulatory tracking
• Banking: Reconciliation and fund flow management
