Pahal Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering marginalized communities through health, education, livelihood, mental health, and social inclusion initiatives. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Lucknow team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.

Record all financial transactions in Tally accurately and on time.

Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, cash books, and bank books.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.

Process vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking.

Maintain statutory records and support compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Organize and maintain financial files for internal and external audits.

Coordinate with project teams for financial documentation and reporting.

Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Mandatory)

Working knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Experience

Freshers to 2 years of relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
