Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting work, maintain proper financial records, and coordinate with clients regarding accounts and payments. The role requires working knowledge of accounting software, MS Office, basic computer operations, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records

resources.

• Handle billing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation

resources.

• Work on Tally for entries, reports, and account management.
• Prepare reports and data sheets in MS Excel, including daily and monthly statements.
• Draft letters, quotations, and basic office documents in MS Word.
• Prepare basic presentations in PowerPoint (PPT) for office or client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients for payments, account-related queries, and documentation, since accountant roles often require regular client communication and relationship handling.
• Support GST, taxation, and other basic compliance-related work.
• Maintain filing, records, and other office-related documentation.

Skills required

• Suitable accountants are generally expected to have strong Excel skills, accounting software knowledge, attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of MS Excel

• Basic computer knowledge

Qualification

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
