Job Title: Accountant (Junior / Senior)

Job Summary

We are hiring Junior and Senior Accountants to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping. Candidates with experience in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

Maintain purchase, sales, journal, and expense entries.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare bank, vendor, debtor, and ledger reconciliations.

Handle petty cash, vendor payments, and documentation.

Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (Senior level).

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns (Senior level).

Handle statutory compliances, audits, and coordinate with auditors.

Support budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cost analysis.

Prepare MIS reports and analyze budget/financial variances.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

Guide and support junior accountants and interns (Senior level).

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

Junior Accountant: 1–2 years

Senior Accountant: 3+ years

Education

B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
