Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s daily accounting and financial records. The candidate will handle billing, vouchers, bank transactions, reconciliations, and account-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, vouchers, and expense records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, cash, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting records.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS filings, audits, and financial reports.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Maintain accurate bills, receipts, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and auditors.
• Prepare periodic account and expense reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous accounting experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Siddipet.
