Accountant (GST & TDS Knowledge & Experience Must)

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data as required.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash transactions.
• Generate and verify purchase orders, sales invoices, and credit/debit notes.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and billing matters.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and information.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform data entry and bookkeeping using accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar systems.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting-related activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• TDS: 7 years (Required)
