Accountant (French Bilingual) – Remote | Night Shift | Immediate Joiner

Company: Accounting Bridge Location: Remote (India only) Availability: Immediate joining preferred Preferred Candidate Locations: Puducherry and Delhi Shift Timing Fixed Night Shift (IST): 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Role Overview Work remotely with Canadian clients — including French-speaking clients — and gain hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, tax, and compliance while supporting a British Columbia–based accounting firm. This role requires fluency in both English and French, as you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking client base. Who We're Looking For - 2–4 years of accounting experience (experience with a Canadian firm is strongly preferred)

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — mandatory
• CA Inter candidates or those who have completed articleship are welcome to apply
• Prior full night-shift work experience from India is a strong plus
• Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable high-speed internet Key Responsibilities - Bookkeeping & reconciliations (Excel, QuickBooks Online)
• GST/HST/PST, payroll taxes, and corporate tax support
• Financial statement working papers
• Payroll processing and client onboarding
• Professional client communication via email and phone in both English and French Tools & Skills - QuickBooks Online (preferred)
• Excel & MS Office (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
• Strong written and spoken English and French communication skills
• Comfortable with Canadian/American and French-Canadian accents Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field preferred)
