At Cincinnus, we're building a premium haircare brand driven by innovation, quality, and excellence. We're looking for a dedicated Accountant who can manage our financial operations with accuracy and ensure compliance while supporting our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions, cash, and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
• Generate invoices and monitor customer collections.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries.
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and government authorities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, manufacturing, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
