Accountant Assistant

We’re reaching out with an exciting job opportunity for the role of Accountant Asst. with our company, Qanswer Greentech Pvt. Ltd. We are in search of a skilled and experienced accountant who possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts, along with a strong knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally Management: Perform daily data entry in Tally, including purchase orders, purchase entries, expense recording, bank entries, and journal vouchers.
• Banking Coordination: Act as the point of contact for routine bank tasks, document submission, and coordination with bank representatives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• General Support: Assist the accounting team with month-end activities, filing, and administrative compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks.
