Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day accounting transactions. Prepare sales invoices and maintain invoice records. Maintain books of accounts using accounting software. Perform bank reconciliations. Assist in GST and TDS workings. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments and balances. Assist in preparing reports and reconciliations as required. Support statutory and tax audit by providing accounting records and documents. Maintain proper accounting records and filing of financial documents. Coordinate with internal teams for routine accounting and compliance activities. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned. Eligibility: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent. CA Intermediate (Pursuing) or CA Finalist preferred. 0–2 years of experience in accounting. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Working knowledge of MS Excel.
