Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor vehicle sales, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold.
• Reconcile customer payments, vendor accounts, and manufacturer/dealer receivables.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Track fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle manufacturing, spare parts, or automotive service centers.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
