About Alvoff

Alvoff is Tipstat's AI-native B2B sourcing platform. Buyers describe what they need, and Alvoff handles discovery, supplier matching, and negotiation. We're in beta, running real RFQs between buyers and vendors before wider launch.

The Role

When a buyer sends an RFQ through Alvoff, your job is to make sure it doesn't sit unanswered. You'll chase vendors who haven't responded, keep quotes moving, and build the vendor relationships that make them responsive over time.

What you'll do

• Track RFQs and follow up with unresponsive vendors via call, WhatsApp, and email
• Nudge vendors to submit quotes on time, unblock them if stuck or confused
• Build vendor relationships so they prioritize Alvoff RFQs
• Identify why vendors go quiet (pricing, capacity, unclear requirements, platform friction) and resolve or escalate it
• Maintain records of vendor responsiveness and RFQ status
• Share vendor feedback and patterns with GTM and product

Who you are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, any stream
• Comfortable calling and talking to vendors, including non-tech-savvy ones
• Persistent without being pushy
• Organized, nothing falls through the cracks
• Clear communicator in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
• Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving setup

Nice to have

• Prior experience in sales, customer success, or vendor management
• Familiarity with CRM tools
