Account & Finance Manager – Chartered Accountant (Freshly Qualified)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Conduct financial analysis and support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support cost control and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and the Companies Act.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
