Finance Intern

Location: Hyderabad, India

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 12 months (subject to business requirements)

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and management information.
• Perform financial data analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
• Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing the final year) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ACCA student with a minimum of 8 papers successfully completed.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
