Academic Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager – Academics to oversee and support the smooth functioning of academic operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating academic activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day academic operations across the assigned campus.
• Prepare and monitor class schedules, faculty assignments, and academic calendars.
• Track student attendance, batch progress, and compliance with academic policies.
• Ensure the seamless execution of lectures, examinations, assessments, and academic events.
• Work closely with faculty, student support, and campus operations teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain accurate academic records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
• Address academic operational challenges and resolve student-related concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in academic operations, educational institutions, training organizations, or institute management.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
