Role Description The 3D Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive 3D experiences within web applications. Daily tasks include implementing 3D scenes and animations using modern web technologies and libraries, integrating 3D assets into responsive user interfaces, and optimizing performance across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate requirements into functional 3D features, as well as troubleshooting issues, refactoring code, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems. The 3D Web Developer will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and stay current with emerging trends in 3D web and immersive technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including expertise in Web Development, Front-End Development, and Web Design for responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• Solid back-end and programming capabilities, including Back-End Web Development and Programming to support data handling, APIs, and integration with 3D features.
• Experience with 3D web technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar frameworks, and familiarity with 3D asset workflows (e.g., glTF, OBJ, FBX).
• Good understanding of modern web stacks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and performance optimization for interactive graphics and complex UI components.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in building interactive or immersive web experiences is an advantage.
