About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML engineer to join our team in building intelligent, agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agent frameworksparticularly LangGraphand a solid foundation in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and deep learning architectures. This role involves working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and applied software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI agents using agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for domain-specific tasks.
• Collaborate on the development and fine-tuning of both open-source and proprietary LLMs.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI to support AI model deployment and integration.
• Conduct experimentation and evaluation of foundational models and neural network architectures.
• Maintain and enhance model performance through data curation, retraining, and optimization.
• Should be able to work with agentic workflows and prepare quick POCs.

Requirements

• 24 years of qualified experience in machine learning and applied AI
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph preferred)
• Strong understanding of foundational models, neural networks, and deep learning principles
• Experience working with large language models, both open-source (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) and closed (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude)
• Solid experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (masters preferred) .
