• MBA (Marketing) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in lead generation, field marketing, digital marketing, or business development is preferred

💰 Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for PG occupancy
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing
• Build partnerships with colleges, companies, and brokers
• Manage social media campaigns and local promotions
• Increase occupancy and brand awareness
