🚀 Hiring: DevOps Engineer

📍 Location: Gurugram , Noida , Chandigarh , Bangalore , Hyderabad | 💼 Experience: 5-7 Years |

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from office) | ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, scripting, automation, and cloud operations. This role also offers the opportunity to drive AI-native engineering practices, AI governance, AWS FinOps, and scalable deployments. Someone who is hands-on, automation-first, AI-curious, cloud-savvy, and comfortable driving initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate can balance reliability, security, compliance, developer productivity, and cloud cost optimization.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize AWS infrastructure for production applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Deploy and support multiple applications across environments.
• Drive AI compliance and governance across engineering teams by implementing policies, guardrails, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/GenAI to improve DevOps productivity, automation, monitoring, and operations.
• Lead AWS FinOps initiatives, including cost visibility, optimization, resource governance, and cost accountability.
• Partner with Development, Security, Architecture, and Platform teams to establish engineering standards and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong experience with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Strong Terraform / IaC experience.
• Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, reliability, and automation.
• Experience supporting and deploying multiple applications in production.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications
• Kubernetes/EKS
• GitOps
• AWS Bedrock/SageMaker
• Compliance-as-code
• FinOps experience.

AI & FinOps Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate an AI-native mindset and have experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to improve engineering workflows.

Experience with AI governance/compliance, AI workloads on AWS, or GenAI automation is a strong plus.

Experience with AWS cost optimization / FinOps, including Cost Explorer, Budgets, Savings Plans, rightsizing, tagging, and resource optimization, is highly desirable.
