\ Urgent Requirement Experienced Accountant (Finalisation of Balance Sheet)

We're Hiring: Experienced Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. This is not an entry-level position only candidates with proven, hands-on accounting experience will be considered. Freshers need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations (purchase, sales, bank, journal entries)
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
• Prepare financial statements and support in finalisation of Balance Sheet
• Coordinate directly with the Company's CA for year-end finalisation, audit, and closing of books
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all transactions

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum [5] years of solid, hands-on accounting experience .
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / [ERP name] and MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prior experience working closely with a CA/Chartered Accountant for balance sheet finalisation is a must
• Positive understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

An accountant who can confidently manage the books end-to-end, is comfortable sitting with the CA to finalise accounts, and doesn't need hand-holding on the basics.

Note: Only candidates with relevant, verifiable accounting experience will be shortlisted. Freshers or candidates without finalisation experience will not be considered.

Compensation: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
