Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Saraipali, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh. The Chartered Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The role includes overseeing statutory compliance such as GST, income tax, and other regulatory filings, as well as managing audits and coordinating with external auditors and consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities involve financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and providing insights to management on cost control and profitability. The role also requires establishing and improving internal controls, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting leadership with financial reports for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership, and strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in financial accounting, finalization of accounts, and preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory compliances, including coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar ERP systems), MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor internal controls, manage budgets, and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site in Saraipali.
• Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
• Prior experience in a group or multi-entity environment and familiarity with audit processes will be an advantage.
