§ The role

Tele Counsellor- Domestic

Call and convince interested students to attend free Walkin seminars provided by Frankfinn
Manage lead generation process for outbound telecalling
Follow up with prospective candidates through telephone
Maintain records of calls and student interactions
Work towards conversion targets and performance metrics

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass education
Fresher or 6 months to 5 years experience in BPO outbound process
Fluent in both Hindi and English communication
Experience in outbound tele calling, tele sales, or lead generation
Excellent speech clarity with no mother tongue issues (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors)
No regional touch issues (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)
Minimum age 18 years, maximum 34 years
Talkative personality with ability to speak 3-4 lines on any given topic
Medical fitness required (no contagious diseases or relevant health issues)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
