Sales Head

Drive significant revenue growth, including developing new markets and launching new products
Develop strategic sales planning, sales forecasting, and overall business growth and profitability improvement
Possess deep technical expertise in power generation, transmission, and distribution, with direct experience in high-voltage systems (up to 800kV+)
Demonstrate technical fluency in associated fittings like OPGW, spacer dampers, insulators, and substation clamps
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including Fortune 500 companies and major industry players like Power Grid Corp
Manage long-term service agreements and handle the full deal cycle from inquiry to order
Prepare techno-commercial offers and pre-bid cash flow analysis
Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external customers
Manage sales and tendering operations
Develop and execute sales strategies for both Indian and international markets
Travel extensively for business development and client management

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales
At least 10 years in the high-voltage transmission and distribution sector
Experience with an EPC or manufacturing company preferred
Strong technical background in high-voltage electrical equipment and systems (up to 800kV+)
Strong negotiation skills
Pricing strategy expertise
Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency
Sales forecasting capabilities
Strategic, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Team leadership and mentoring abilities
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience winning large industrial/government utility tenders
