We’re building a high-performance sales team to scale our healthcare financing business. If you can sell, hustle, and close deals—this role is for you.
You’ll be working directly with hospitals and healthcare operators, driving working capital solutions like dropline OD, business loans, and debtor financing (our core product).
🎯What You’ll Do
Hunt and close new deals in the hospital & healthcare segment
Sell working capital products (OD lines, debtor financing, business loans)
Build strong on-ground relationships with doctors, hospital owners, and admins
Own the deal lifecycle: sourcing → pitching → closure → disbursement
Work closely with credit & ops to get deals approved fast
Drive monthly targets aggressively and consistently
👤Who We’re Looking For
5+ years experience ready to prove themselves
Background in Banking / NBFC / Financial Sales preferred
Freshers must be from Commerce background (MBA or similar)
Exposure to working capital / OD / business loans is a big plus
Healthcare experience = strong advantage
