Instrumentation Engineer
1. Prepare instrumentation engineering deliverables including Design Basis, Technical Specifications, Datasheets, RFQ, MR, POS, TBE, Hook-up drawings, Instrument Index, I/O list, and E-I interface documents.
2. Perform sizing and selection of control valves, flow elements, and pressure safety valves using tools like SPI Intools, InstruCalc, and Conval.
3. Ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC, API, ASME, ANSI, ISA, AGA, and ISO.
4. Participate in P&ID reviews, package reviews, and vendor document reviews; coordinate Vendor Document Review (VDR) activities.
5. Review subcontractor documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
6. Work on SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) to develop and maintain instrumentation databases.
7. Support proposal, engineering, and commissioning teams for technical clarifications and project requirements.
8. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients for smooth technical execution
