The only paid features are AI features, charged from a wallet you top up: AI interviews ₹99 each, branded resume PDFs ₹5 each, resume parsing ₹5 per CV after the first 50, and LinkedIn AI content ₹499 a month. You are charged only when the action completes.

Olibr hosts developers with expertise in front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, data science, and much more.

Clients can set minimum experience requirements. AI matching evaluates candidates holistically -- skills, experience depth, career trajectory, and role fit.

Each company contributes 50 good-quality candidate profiles per active user every 30 days. A team of four contributes 200. Approve automatic contribution once and Olibr selects them from the candidates you already hold, preferring profiles with an email address, a phone number and recent activity, then tells you when the month is covered. If you don't have enough, upload CVs or import a CSV to top up.

A candidate with a name, an email address and a phone number who is not already in Olibr's database. Profiles that fail the quality check, or that Olibr already has, don't count toward your total.

Only your company, for 30 days. If you are still working with that candidate, it stays private for another 14 days. After that the profile joins Olibr's shared talent pool, where other recruiters can find it.

No. Contributing profiles is how Olibr stays free for everyone, and there is no paid plan that replaces it.

Credits have been retired. Companies with a credit balance had it converted into free access with no contribution required for that period, and every existing company received 14 days' notice before the contribution requirement began.
