We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically appealing, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
- Develop and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve development decisions.
- Implement best practices in user-centered design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
- Work with designers to ensure that designs are accurately translated into high-quality code.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
- Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creating user-centered designs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
